Terry Nunan is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law. A significant portion of his time is spent representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries and creditors in contested probate, trust and conservatorship matters. He also represents executors and trustees in post death administration proceedings including formal probate proceedings, spousal property petitions, trust proceedings and the preparation and audit of estate tax returns. Terry has special expertise in estate tax and fiduciary income tax matters and has successfully represented clients in both trial and appellate courts.

Terry advises high net worth clients on their estate planning matters. He provides practical solutions to the challenges of preserving wealth, ranging from the simple to the complex, such as: preparing wills, trusts and powers of attorney; developing plans to transfer assets from generation to generation; estate and trust administration and post-mortem tax planning; irrevocable life insurance trusts; family limited partnerships; transfers of partial interests in property; and, charitable gifts and trusts. Terry and his wife live in Rolling Hills Estates and have two sons. In his free time, he is an avid gardener.
