• Negotiate and prepare premarital agreements, including matters ranging from the division of property upon the death of a spouse to separation of property issues to property rights acquired during the marriage
• Advise clients on writing guidelines pertaining to the financial matters of the prospective marriage or divorce instead of those imposed by California state law
• Safeguard assets, protect pension plans, and limit or eliminate alimony
• Protect the welfare of children born prior to the marriage

Non-marital Cohabitation Agreements

• Prepare and negotiate cohabitation agreements to cover topics including rights to property acquired and income earned during cohabitation
