Asia Practice

Complex legal issues are simplified when handled by skillful attorneys who understand the nuances of Asian culture and business dealings. At Rutter Hobbs & Davidoff, we assist Asian clients with their U.S. operations, applying our experience dealing with cross-border commerce, foreign vendor relationships, business acquisitions and expansion, and family-owned businesses. We also represent outbound ventures, helping U.S.-based companies transact business in Asia or with Asian-owned companies and to navigate within a complex, developing landscape.

Our ethnically diverse team includes attorneys who have lived in Asia and throughout the world, with capabilities in foreign languages including Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese. Our knowledge of Asian culture through many years of serving Asian clients enables us to develop focused strategies that promote our clients' objectives.
