• Assisted a real property developer in resolving through mediation a complex breach of contract/accounting case against the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles involving claims and cross-claims in the multiple seven figures.
• Assisted a provider of low income housing with the investigation of a harassment claim and advised on employment issues.
