  • As outside general counsel, provided non-profit dedicated to helping myeloma patients on a wide variety of issues, including corporate governance, employee contracts, director and officer needs, real estate leases, and membership affiliate relationship agreements.
  • Represented a pro bono legal service organization in collective bargaining negotiations with its employment union.
  • Advised a non-profit competitive soccer club on corporate governance issues and trademarks.
  • Represented a museum in connection with a disability discrimination claim filed with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, revised employee handbook and gave day-to-day employment advice.
  • Helped a non-profit dedicated to anti-doping research with its corporate formation and organization and in negotiations with UCLA.
