Founded in 1973 by Richard Ebbert and Marshall Rutter, the firm provides first-class legal services to a diverse clientele. Our expertise includes bankruptcy, business litigation, corporate and securities, estate planning and trust litigation, family law, intellectual property, advertising and promotions, internet and new media, labor and employment and real estate law.
