Our firm was founded in 1973 by attorneys Richard Ebbert and Marshall Rutter. They began the firm dedicated to the principle of providing first-class legal services to a diverse range of clients. Over time, we have expanded our practice into areas including bankruptcy, business litigation, corporate & securities, estate planning and trust litigation, family law, intellectual property, advertising & promotions, internet and new media, labor and employment and real estate to serve the needs of our clients. As our firm has grown, our culture of client service and camaraderie has not wavered. Our Mission remains to:
