David Y. Joe is a member of the bankruptcy group and represents debtors, creditors and other parties in bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy litigation, especially with respect to real estate matters. David is also experienced in real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on purchase and sale, leasing and financing of industrial, office and retail properties. David's legal expertise is complemented by business acumen gained as the co-founder of a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm.
